Before You Commit

What factors change the final scope and price?

The size of your competitive set matters. Reviewing three competitors takes less time than reviewing eight. The volume of content in your six-month calendar matters too. A calendar with eighteen briefed pieces is a smaller undertaking than one with forty.

Industry complexity plays a role as well. A niche technical category with limited public information sometimes requires more research time than a category where competitor content is easy to review.

We discuss all of this on an initial call before proposing a specific scope, so the number you're quoted reflects your actual situation rather than a generic package.

Before You Reach Out

A few questions people ask about pricing

Is there a recurring fee after the engagement ends?

No. Each package above is a one-time project fee. There's no retainer built into the base engagement. The mid-cycle refresh is optional and only comes up if you choose to schedule it.

Do you offer payment in installments?

For the Full Editorial System package, we typically split payment into two installments, one at kickoff and one at delivery. This can be discussed during the initial scoping conversation.

What if we only need part of the process, not the whole thing?

The Landscape Assessment exists for that reason. Some teams already have their own calendar structure and just want a grounded competitive analysis to inform it. We're glad to scope a partial engagement if that fits your situation better.
